Staycations in Parks Offer Alternatives to Long Driving Trips
The Fairfax County Park Authority suggests “staycations” in area parks as a great way for families to save money on fuel and lighten their carbon footprint this summer. As a nationally accredited, award-winning agency that manages over 400 parks and nearly 23,000 acres of parkland, the Park Authority has recreational amenities and programs for everyone.
